My proudest running accomplishment is: My PR in the marathon, 3:05:32, Austin Marathon 1997

My favorite training run is: 8.3 mi greentree loop on kingwood greenbelts

My favorite race is: HOUSTON MARATHON (naturally)

My best distance is: Marathon, I guess.

I run because: Great exercise, sense of accomplishment, unwind stress.

My philosophy for life is: I don't have clue.

My next goal is: As of May 20,1999, get healed from a lingering bout of planters facisitist, resume training for another racing season, pray for my aching left heel.

Favorite training food: Sara Lee bagels, fresh bananas, ultra fuel

When I'm running I think about: Mainly pace per mile, sometimes less competitive things like surroundings, the weekend game

The best running advice I could give would be: STRETCH-AVOID PLANTERS FACISITIST , improve distance,time very slowly, gradually.

People would be surprised if they knew I: I don't know of anything suprising.

The top thing on my dream list is: Break 3:00 in marathon.

If I could have been anything, besides my current occupation it would be: better paying for sure and more interesting, maybe photographer for Sports Illustrated.

Other hobbies besides running: Remodeling, side jobs, extra income things.

I would love to spend the day with: My family at Panama City beach soon.

The most embarrasing thing that has happened to me is: I don't recall anything.

The most profound thing that has happened in my life is: What is profound ?
